Clothing, Gifts, and School Supplies Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. They must be returned in the same new condition in which they were purchased. Clothing items in this category include hoodie sweatshirts, crewneck sweatshirts, jackets, zip hoodies, pants, hats, youth clothing, women's clothing, and t-shirts. This category does not include general books, graduation regalia, and electronics.
General Books (Trade books, non-textbook) Return Policy
General books are returnable within five (5) days of purchase with the original receipt. Books must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Electronics Return Policy
Computer software and electronic merchandise are returnable within 5 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. They must be unopened and in new condition. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or returned for store credit. Custom and personalized orders made specifically for you are non-returnable.
Graduation Regalia Return Policy
Graduation regalia (cap, gown, tassel, or hoods) can be returned or exchanged up to the commencement day of the semester in which they were purchased, accompanied by the original receipt. They must be unopened and in new condition.
Non-returnable Items
- Activated e-books and access codes
- Bookstore gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash
- Opened consumable items like batteries, printer ink, and items that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing major components
- Other consumables, such as shipping and handling charges
- Custom orders
Items flagged as "final sale," as indicated on the receipt
Refund Method
Unless otherwise indicated, reimbursements are made using the same method used to pay for the item.
